1.1 This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases of MITR – Master Income Tax Reckoner, a digital product of Webtel Electrosoft (P) Ltd., made through our website or authorized channels.
2.1 An order or subscription for MITR may be cancelled within 7 (seven) days from the date on which Webtel confirms receipt of your order/subscription, subject to the conditions below.
2.2 Partial cancellation is not permitted as it is not technically feasible and allowed by the specific plan.
3.1 In case of valid cancellation within the above period, Webtel will process a refund after deducting charges for:
3.1.1 Any configuration, onboarding, implementation or customization already performed.
3.1.2 Any proportional usage of MITR during the period prior to cancellation.
3.2 Webtel reserves the right to deny or proportionately reduce refunds where there has been substantial use of MITR or where the request is made beyond the cancellation window, subject always to applicable consumer and contract law.
4.1 Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed within 15–20 business days from the date of approval of cancellation, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
4.2 Irrespective of the original payment mode, refunds will be made only through electronic transfer to the original payer’s bank account or as otherwise notified to comply with applicable law and anti-money-laundering requirements.
5.1 Statutory taxes, payment gateway charges and bank charges may be non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated by law or the relevant intermediary.
5.2 Any one-time installation, training or special customization charges already delivered are generally non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific commercial terms.
6.1 You may raise a cancellation or refund request by writing to the support email or through the support channel specified on the MITR website, providing your order details, contact information, and reason for cancellation.
6.2 Webtel may seek additional information or clarifications to process your request.
7.1 Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds shall be handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for MITR, including the governing law and dispute resolution provisions.
